Shipping Policy

Shipping is as follows:
All items on website are in stock. All orders are PROCESSED  7-10 business days after submitted. Processing times can last longer due to high order volume. We do not ship expedited orders! However, due to recent growth of business we had to increase the days to accommodate the volume of orders and united states postal processing.

Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays with carriers. 

We have no control over what happens when it reaches your home. Stolen packages are not covered in priority mail insurance, only lost or damaged packages.

RETURNED SHIPPING is a common error made by customers from simple mistakes like inputting the wrong address or an old address. If your item was returned to us, you are responsible for purchasing shipping to get the order sent again. Please review your shipping address thoroughly before placing your order to ensure it is correct and correctly entered. If items are returned a restock fee of $10 will be charged if refund requested. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed. 

If you have an issue with your order, a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier at your local post office to locate/refund a lost or stolen package.

However, unless you purchase priority mail in which insurance is included, there are no guarantees your item is covered. It is solely the discretion of the shipping carrier. 

We recommend you track your order to ensure that you are home or expecting it the day it is set to arrive.

In rare instances, USPS can mark your order as delivered but be behind a day. In these instances, give them 24 hours more hours to deliver before you visit your local post office to inquire. 

 

In the instance that your package is missing. A missing package claim will be filed on your behalf with USPS after 7 business days of no delivery. Claim process takes 1-3 business days.
